Spend special time with your baby!  Easy yoga, song and dance, games and discussions.  Bring a baby blanket and some favorite toys and join us in gentle stretches and asanas (poses).  Babies must be at least 8 weeks old.

Yoga strengthens the pelvic muscles and helps to expand the pelvic cavity.  The postures exercise the spine and help reduce backaches, ease morning sickness, alleviate edema, and prevent vericose veins.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.  Our Iyengar style prenatal method uses props such as blankets, blosters and chairs to make a variety of postures comfortable for everyone.
